I had reservations about car shopping about this dealership. I had a 2015 Ford Escape and the service department had failed several times while servicing my vehicle. I was stranded twice because they couldn't locate and repair the issue. The service department also did not properly screw in an undercover under my vehicle and it fell off. I was pleasantly surprised with my recent new car buying experience. Mirza Baig, Jonathan Booth and Jason Price were all great to work with. They listened to my car needs and they did not try to upsell me. Now I hope the service department issues have been addressed.

I went to C. Wimberley Ford just a week ago inquiring about a new vehicle, and Sales Representative Tyler Snyder was able to put me in my dream car just a few days later!! I walked out of the dealership light on my feet today with the keys to a new 2023 Bronco Sport and a clear conscience after working with Tyler Snyder and the rest of the CW Automall team!! Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

John Czech was excellent as our salesman, giving sound advice to our needs and wants. He was aware of our time constraints with other commitments and got us done in a timely manner. Will definitely be back to purchase other vehicles in the future.

I was leery at first as they hadn’t posted any photos of the vehicle. I sent them an inquiry and they responded a few minutes later with several photos. I requested some additional photos which were quickly provided. We went down the same day and were treated like family! We got a very fair deal as well! In my 40+ years of buying vehicles, I can’t think of any time that I was treated any better!! They are TOP NOTCH!!! I would highly recommend them!!

I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.

The car buying experience was so easy, drove 4 hours to get look at the car. Worked with Homar and Myles with the car which they were upfront and honest about everything. Then worked with Jack on financing and took 3 hours from looking at car to driving home. Best experience I have had buying from a dealership. Would highly recommend.

We were extremely fortunate that Ben Wilkening was the responding CSR that worked through our needs. He was knowledgeable and worked hard to answer all of our questions. We definitely had a unique request for a trade option. We will consider this dealership for future offers.
