The staff gathered to sing and enjoy cupcakes, it was clear this dealership has not just great service, but a truly happy and supportive work culture. That positivity reached every corner of our experience. The receptionist greeted us with genuine warmth the second we walked in, offered us water, and made us feel right at home, something no other dealership had done. Every time we came or went, someone opened the door for us. It may seem like a small gesture, but it spoke volumes. Finally, we met with Alexander in finance, who was incredibly patient and helpful, answering all of our questions thoroughly and taking the time to connect with us. His calm, clear approach made the final step of the process smooth and stress-free. I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. Very kind, patient salesmen is what made this worth the trip for us. We started the conversation over the phone and email and a week later came in and bought the truck we were talking about. Charles Washington is a friendly and up front person, making us feel confident in our purchase with North Central Ford.

Nice facilities and friendly staff. The only thing that was annoying was the wait once the deal was agreed upon. I informed the salesman that we were paying by check so no financing and was not interested in any extended warranties or after market items. I told him we would go to lunch and come back and he assured me that the process would be complete in 1 hour. We sat there for 2.5 hours because the 'finance person' was backed up. It would have been simple to just let us leave but I realize that car dealerships don't want you to leave once they have you there. Times are changing and I think you need to change your mindset. We purchased both a Lexus and an Audi vehicle for my wife and both were done within 30 mins. The sales person at each dealership did the paperwork right there on their computer. No finance and no pressure to buy way overpriced 3rd party warranties. Most people are aware that you can purchase warranties if you so choose direct from manufacture for 1/3 the price.

Had a really great experience at AutoNation Ford Frisco. DT was my sale associate and he’s been the best I’ve had so far when buying a new vehicle. Negotiations were quick. They had the truck I wanted and we were able to agree on a price within an hour of walking into the dealership. DT was professional and honest. I will definitely use him again when buying from them in the future. I bought an EV and there was an issue with the tax credit after I purchased. I brought it to their attention. Peyton and Zane escalated the matter immediately and it was resolved in just a few days. I have been in the process of shopping for my new F-150 for a few months now. I was pretty set on exactly what I wanted, and the discounts that were applied did not leave a ton of room for negotiation. What my purchase ultimately came down to was the level of service that I was provided. Being a long time sales manager myself, I take customer experience very seriously. One of the dealerships that I was working with lost my business completely by not respecting my time, and ultimately providing what I would call a terrible experience.
