When I got home a couple days later, I noticed a factory defect. Ronnie Thompson Ford took great interest in it, got it fixed ASAP, gave me a loaner car in the process. It?s not their fault that it had a factory defect but they said they would make it right and they stood by their word. I have nothing but positive things to say.

I told him I was only looking, but he treated me as if I was important as any other customer. He was patient and was not pushy at all but yet still very helpful. I told them I wanted to buy one of their vehicles. After I signed the agreement they moved it around back and put a sold paper in the dash. It took two days for me to get them a copy of the bank check and three more to pick it up. They didn't make me race other interested people to be the first one there with cash. That was an issue with other dealers. They also sold it to me for the advertised price. I didn't have to use their financing to get the advertised price.
