So I had bought a few cars from Chapman In Columbia before so I went to see if they could get me out of this car. Wendall Jones was my salesman. He did a great job helping me find the perfect car for me. The wig Hole experience from beginning to end was good. Keith and tony were also very helpful. The entire staff works very well together I would definitely refer friends to that location

The Sales Manager Jonathan was super helpful and easy to work with. They took the time to show me all of the vehicles that I was interested in with no pressure. I would highly recommend this little gem of a dealership. The dealership is small, but they are building a brand new store nearby.

I had a great experience at Chapman Ford. I recently purchased a 2024 Maverick. The salesman, John Hatzis was very helpful and made for a non stressful buying experience.

I walked in one day and asked for an appointment to get my car inspected. He said he could do it Thursday. I said I would drop it off Wednesday morning because I would be in the area and they could inspect it when they had time. Well instead of my appointment time on Thursday they took it in and did it Wednesday. They try to make you feel like your business matters to them and they truly care.

My old car required many expensive repairs to pass inspection. My service person, Bob Hockenberry, recommended not repairing it, and referred me to a wonderful salesman, Joe Latshaw. Joe showed me many different options, allowed me to take my new car home to get my old title, and moved all of my belonging from my old car to my new car. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership went out of their way to help me and make me feel important. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Hoffman Ford and have never been disappointed with any of my interactions.
