Hugo took us inside and sat down with us, he asked us what we were looking for and how much we wanted our monthly payments to be. He said he didn't want to show us anything out of our budget or that did not work size wise for our family,which I really appreciated, most places will show you anything and everything just to try to sell something. We ended up getting an Amazing SUV for our Family at a great price. Hugo really worked hard to help us find what we wanted, I felt like he really cared about what we wanted in a vehicle and didn't try to talk us into something else just to sell. Overall iy was a great experience with Friendly Ford and I couldn't be happier with our purchase from them.

Went in on a Monday to pick up my Ford Maverick that I had ordered. Process was smooth just like my salesman “D” said it would be. Three days later they received a Mustang mach e equipped like I wanted. I talked to “D” and the sales manager and they made it happen.
