Staff was friendly from the moment I stepped through the doors. Christian had the car I was interested in ready for me to test drive. He addressed all my concerns and had all warranty and finance options clearly explained. Although there was encouragement for warranty and service options, there was no aggressive pressure to take them. In fact, they were willing to negotiate some costs to make sure I didn't go over what I was willing to spend and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase.
