New and used 2025 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Bantam, CT

Introduced to the Torrington Ford Lincoln team through a family friend who had a positive buying experience. The team at TFL was FAST. Reached out via phone at 6pm on a Friday, had quotes early AM Saturday and had the purchase in motion before noon on that same Saturday. The team was knowledgeable and very well rounded. They listened carefully to the preferences I desired, presented the various options and were efficient. The sales executives, CFO and CEO were all involved during the process, and the well rounded culture of the group was impressive and made the experience all the more comfortable. As a buyer its important to see the various parties to get a feel for the credibility of the dealership/point of contact and the TFL team was excellent in that regard. I'd recommend the group to anyone interested in a Ford/Lincoln model, even if they are outside of the natural territory (location). I came from central Massachusetts to purchase a vehicle, and I plan to do it again because the experience was that superb.

Tom was incredibly helpful. He worked with my schedule, worked with my warranty company and got the repair done on time. I have been getting my repair work done at Torrington Ford for twenty years and will continue to do so.

We bought a used Mustang from Gengras. Our salesperson was Jake Secondo. He said he was 21 but seemed older with his knowledge and help. i wish more salespersons were like he is. he had car smarts, respect, great listening skills and just an all around nice person! Russ introduced himself and paid attention from beginning to end. I can say nothing but great things for him and the rest of people i met at Torrington Ford. Their future with him as one of their salesman should be promising. The paperwork went smoothly and he was able to answer any questions I had. Russ's knowledge was well on display. I've purchased a lot of cars over the years. I ended up Going to Lombard Ford after seeing an unbelievable price for a Mustang convertible. I had my doubts about the price. The price was correct with absolutely no hassle or BS. Dan the sales rep was great. I can't say enough about Mike the finance manager he's a great guy. I spoke with Mr. Lombard for quite awhile about cars of the past and the automotive hobby in general. They made us feel very good about everything. Just a straight up good deal with no pushy sales tactics. I drove 3 hours one way from the Jersey shore and I can honestly say I will drive back for my next car. We can't thank Lombard Ford and there staff enough for making the car purchase relaxing and easy.
