Unfortunately I have had a lot of issues with my vehicle over the years, but I’ve never had a problem with the service. Jami has always taken great care of me, Ford has always covered a rental vehicle or a loaner, and Tom Wood has always had great communications for repairs. Sure it’s inconvenient to have lots of issues with your car, but they’ve handled it so well and everything covered under warranty with no refusing of coverage. I will keep coming back to Tom Wood for future vehicle purchases. This is a great business.
