The sales, finance and service department are the best. Every once awhile I receive a text message asking me how the car is doing and if I need anything. The service department is always great.

We purchased a car from Brian Swidergal at the Rod Baker Ford Dealership in Plainfield, IL and it was such a wonderful experience. Brian was so easy to work with, he was patient, helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bryan (sales manager) is awesome and very friendly! He made the process very smooth and did not haggle me through any part. Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!
