A few weeks ago, my husband and I were casually browsing the used car lot at Sheehy Ford when we were approached by Axel Jimenez. He offered to answer any questions we had and assist with test drives. We ended up trying out a few cars and found one we absolutely loved. Throughout the entire process, Axel was fantastic—professional, courteous, and never pushy or aggressive. We truly appreciate all of his help, and he has continued to be responsive and supportive with any questions or needs we've had since our purchase.

Good customer service and nice waiting area. I've had my car serviced there several times. It's a tad on the expensive side, but I always get an appointment when I need it. They are convenient and they also have a shuttle so you don't have to wait at the dealership while your car is being worked on.

To be completely honest, this dealership is not bad only if you are buying a new car that is already on the lot. They sold me a car at MSRP with no other hidden fees. The reason why I took a star off is because they're very, very pushy. They will try to sell you on a different car so hard that they're trying to get rid of, and will keep pushing you to purchase warranties and all. They have a super hard time hearing no. If you keep standing your ground and don't get pressured into doing something you really don't want, this is actually a decent enough dealership to purchase a brand new car from only.

This place was awesome. Everyone was friendly. I had the best sales person and even the finance manager was awesome. I will be a returning customer. They made me feel like a friend and not a customer.

A sales professional named Kevin helped me get a great deal. He was very professional and courteous. When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.

Bought a new F-150 Platinum. Had some challenges with the prep and delivery, but the General Sales Manager stepped up and made it right. Very pleased with their responsiveness. The price I paid was fair, so no complaints at all. I appreciate when a dealer is sincerely interested in my satisfaction.

Very professional ,I traveled from up state ny in 2016 and now 2025,Michelle found a truck Saturday, I picked it up Monday ,with a trade in and was out the door in 2 hours and on my way home,the price was exactly what they quoted,no games played.this is what buying a car should be like,but unfortunately it usually is not.very happy

Friendly and very helpful. Through a miscommunication with the dealership, I went home with a car that lacked an optional feature I wanted. Even though the sale was final and they didn't have to do it, sales manager Steve, salesperson Dylan, and business manager Chris, wound back the deal and put me into a vehicle with all the features I wanted, even though they had to source the new vehicle from another dealership. I found that level of care and willingness to take care of me exceptional. They gained my trust and loyalty for any future Ford I will buy.

I have been buying from Mike Zeller for years and Sheehy even longer. I had a problem with my current car and I needed to get another one. I bought one, and was not happy and brought back. I assumed that was it, I was stuck with no car to take my wife and me anywhere or work or anything. The day after I brought back the first car, Mike reached out to me and said he may have an option. He told me his thoughts and I was so excited I almost cried! In my current situation, the stress of fixed income and no car was so overwhelming. He kept working and found the right one. Worked a deal out with Freddy Porto. Dominique set up appointment and Anwar took care of financing. Good crew, negotiation was fast enough. Buyers should do their homework, know their number, and be willing to take a deal or move on. I can't speak to service department and I am from PA, but sales experience was pretty good. I highly recommend Koons Ford Lincoln of Annapolis in MD.They are not the "typical" dealership. I worked with Chuck, but all the employees I encountered were professional and prompt.
