I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. I needed new tires, oil change, brake fluid flushed and Kris managed to all the things for me and I paid less for all of it than I would have jist getting tires someplace else. Usually dealerships are way more, but not with Kris.

Well, my wife cant get over the fact that town eastford has had her car for 3 months and they just dont let us know updates,should I request them to buy it back and buy a different vehicle,let the public decide

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.

Pretty fast service . They had my oil done in less than two hours after showing up on a short time line. I got out in time to beat the traffic leaving for a holiday weekend.
