My friend and I actually stopped at the dealership to just look at new Ford Explorer Platinum. I was greeted by Nathan Tharp, a very nice and courteous young man, who from the very beginning of our meeting was knowledgeable and informative about this particular model. As we continued he was helpful in answering our questions or went to management when needed. Long story short, he made me feel comfortable and confident in making my decision to purchase this car. 5-23-2022, MY F-150 HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WENT DOWN, BUT I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE IT. TRACIE GRAGG WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND, DIAGNOSED PROBLEM, ORDERED PARTS AND HAD IT REPAIRED BY 5-27. I WOULD GIVE YOUR GUYS A 10 IF I COULD. I FOUND MY NEW REPAIR GARAGE.

Willing to work with me no matter my credit rating. They went above and beyond by letting me take the car to drive while getting me financed. I will recommend my co-workers and friends and family.

Our 2021 F350 had a serious issue with the DEF system and shut down. Made it to The dealership. Turned out to be a NOX sensor. Bod the mechanic and Steve in service were amazing. Got the part and we were on the road in 24 hours. With everything going on I figured we would have been stranded a week. Very professional people working at this dealer. Thank you!
