Bought my 2018 Equinox in August 2023. Great professional & friendly customer service provided by Randy and Kevin. But my recent maintainence appointment was so outstanding. Pedro from the Service department was going to have to order my a new tire resulting in a return trip to the dealership. I was kind of dreading that, even though they offer free popcorn, water and coffee. But when I came back to get my car after an oil change, fluids topped off, wheels rotated etc.I was pleasantly surprised, Pedro called around to other Lynch Dealership, found a tire, he drove to the other dealership got the tire! What an outstanding example of customer service and excellent customer experience. Thinking outside of the box and going the extra mile will have me continue to get my car serv iced at this location. I live in Waukesha I couldn't make a deal on an incoming car, but I ended up ordering the car to spec from another dealer who had three allocations the dealers in Iowa, but it's gonna cost me $600 to ship the car which is not that bad because I'm saving thousands of dollars I previously purchased another brand of vehicle from this dealer as well but they're one of the largest Ford dealers in the Midwestern United States, which is how they ended up getting my business originally they have a big presence on all of the ford forums so the deals are out there people you just have to look for them. It's not 2022 anymore And ford sales numbers of public Especially when it comes to models like mustangs. But at least I tried to get my local deal of the business first and I provided evidence to them of the deal I could get because you know how it is. They always say that you're lying about the deal you can get. Etc etc etc Do your research you can always save money. It's a Ford. It's not a Porsche GT 3RS OK.
