They got me in immediately to fix my 6.7 Super Duty. I decided to test drive another's Super Duty and by the time I took the test drive ( about 30 mins) my truck already had a new Turbo Intercooler hose on, tested and ready to go! But it gets better, the owner was so friendly that he invited me into his personal office just chatting with me. He was very cool. The diesel tech did a fantastic job of diagnosing a complex issue with our 2012 F350. Our service representative, Valentina is a bright light and was kind, professional and honest. Our truck hasn't run this well in years.

I made an appointment online with Courtesy Ford / Lincoln for a routine oil change and inspection. Everything went smoothly and quickly. My vehicle was washed afterward and even the rubber floor mats were scrubbed clean. (Sometimes it can be the little things that are appreciated as well.) My only gripe--and it's a small one--is that after making the online reservation, I was supposed to receive a confirmation email, but nothing ever showed up. So I contacted the dealer to make sure that the reservation actually did exist before driving across town. However, I'm giving a special shoutout here to service advisor Brian Sterrett. I have been dealing mainly with him for service issues ever since purchasing the Corsair in 2022. As far as I'm concerned, he has always gone above and beyond the call to make sure that things get done in a timely manner even when confronted with glitches on occasion. Thanks, Brian.

Came in after a bad experience at another dealership. Stated what I wanted and what I could spend. Tyler listened and tried to make it happen. We got within $400 of where I needed to be, which was great. Aside from the brief haggle part (and a lame cookie jar analogy), my only other complaint is that even though it was after 7 pm, that shouldn't make my purchase a rush job. The finance guy complained he wasn't paid by the hour and kept pushing papers at me to sign and acting impatient as I read them, I had to go across the street to get the tank filled myself, and I didn't get a tutorial on how to use the vehicle (which was not fun in the fog on the way home trying to figure out how to turn the auto lights off bright). Overall, a good experience. Tyler was definitely a good guy.
