We met our online rep Julio Acevedo who took us on a test drive,showed us other cars at our request and then helped us get through the purchase process. He was great to work with. I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Honest, friendly, and your advocate in getting YOUR desired car and or truck at a very fair price. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived. My new Maverick was preceded by two weeks of constant checkups and options that each got closer and closer to the perfect find, and it was THE perfect find.
