New and used 2025 Ford F-150 trucks for sale near Fleming Island, FL

I recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat from Duval Ford in Jacksonville, Florida. I went to Duval Ford because I felt comfortable dealing with Mr. Jose Negron (Ex General Manager at Duval Ford) in the past, when I had ordered a Ford Maverick through him couple of years ago. My current 2019 Ford F-150 purchase did not go smoothly and I had a couple of concerns. To rectify my concerns I tried to get in touch with Mr. Negron and was told that he now works at Duval Honda dealership. I still went ahead and contacted him and conveyed my concerns to him. He took the time to get me in touch with Mr. Cole Ard at Duval Ford who helped me rectify my concerns. Duval Ford is lucky to have these Gentlemen working for them. The customer centric approach these gentlemen demonstrated was very refreshing. In future if I need a vehicle I would definitely go to Duval Ford or Duval Honda because of these gentlemen.

I didn't care for having to get documents for finance department after we left Auto Nation, driving the truck and you guys cashed our check. I had my phone open to my checking account. You could have copied all you needed while we were there.

Prompt attention to service appointment. They knew who my Service Adviser was and took me to Him (Clyde Stephens) and Clyde took me and the care from their and the service was outstanding.

Recently purchased in late February a pre-owned 10K mile 2020 Lincoln Continental I had been searching for the last several months. I called to inquire about car on a Sunday. Most dealers on Sunday are closed so I was glad to hear they were open to answer some questions I had about the car. I spoke to Said who works out of the Ford showroom. He confirmed the car was in fact available & answered the questions I wanted to know about the car. I made an appointment to come down from St Simons Island, GA (80 mile drive) on Monday. He had the car waiting for me out front of the Ford showroom where he worked out of. I had originally walked next door to the Lincoln showroom thinking I was dealing with someone who worked in the Lincoln store but was told Said worked next door. I had a little apprehension about not working directly with a Lincoln sales agent but that soon disappeared after talking to Said who was knowledgeable about Lincoln products. We went for a test ride & then went to his desk to talk trade on my 2018 Continental I wanted to trade in. They appraised my car & went back & forth a couple of times with the #s. I needed to go back home to discuss with my wife first before committing to a deal. I offered to leave a deposit & they said it wasn?t necessary & they would hold the car until I discussed the purchase / trade-in with my wife. I received a call or text later that night from Said saying another salesperson had a customer who also had interest in the car. I needed to get more $ for my trade to make a deal work for me. They came back with more money for my trade & a deal was made. I picked up the car 2 days later . Everything that we discussed was the same as what we agreed on when I met with the finance & insurance representative. I signed all the paperwork & I was driving out in my ?new to me? Conti probably within an hour. The GM had sent me an email the day before thanking me for coming in & if he could help in anyway don?t hesitate to contact him & included his direct line & email. When I came in to close the GM came over to introduce himself & thank me for earning their business. My wife & I both love the car. So far, so good. I look forward to doing business with this dealership again. Hopefully the service department will treat me the same to earn my business as the sales department displayed. Will give that review next time.

Best service of any Ford Dealership in the area. Will highly recommend this dealership even though I have to drive 40 miles from Jacksonville. Great service.

It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. Sales associate was very intelligent employee. He provided us with all the information we needed to know about the vehicle we were interested in (Maverick Truck). He took us on a test drive in a hybrid Maverick. we didn't like the hybrid because of response. We talked a while about the eco boost Maverick. The associate went and got the Finance manager to see if there was anything he could do to influence us. We talked about the price of the vehicle we had traded in I thought there trade in value was low. This went on forever still asking exactly what i wanted. We finally decided on a vehicle 2024 XLT Maverick ECO boost. The vehicle had to be transported from Miami Florid. Didn't get a chance to test drive the vehicle so we missed out on the GPS and passenger electric adjustable set. The sales associate told me since I was a retired Military that I need to file online into the recognition reward of $500 reward which I did but when I turned in my DD-214 and certification from the Finance person said they gave us more dealer discount, so we don't get the recognition reward money.

I turned to DuVal Ford because their web page showed the new Ford truck that I was seeking. All purchase arrangements were made by phone or email and the vehicle was delivered to my home at a good distance from the dealer. All my questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Due to distance, I will probably be getting service at my local Ford dealer.
