Had the dreaded harsh shift in transmission on my 2018 F150. Dropped it off to be evaluated, truck needed a overhaul of transmission to replace CFD Hub and Control assembly. Had my truck for 4 days, they had the parts on hand. Aria (Service Adv) kept me informed. After repair, truck shifted better than when it was new. 1 week later still shifting fine. Glad I had an extended warranty this would have been an expensive repair.

I recently bought my 2015 Ford Focus here and my husband bought his 2015 Mustang GT a few weeks ago. Doug was our sales person. He worked very hard to get exactly what Ricky wanted. He hung out in the back seat while I test drove my Focus. He highly suggested I go through Ford Motor Credit instead of my credit union and I got 0%!! Basically all the people there are so nice and helpful. Doug wasn't pushy at all with either car. He even bought us each a soda! We will never go anywhere else!! More dealerships need a Doug.

These guys have taken care of me for the past 4 years when they could have totally screwed me...as I expected at the time. But they have been my advocate. Overall the process went well. After making an appointment to look at a certain vehicle, I arrived at the dealership to find the vehicle sitting on the lot covered in dust with a dead battery. It took a couple of hours to get the battery replaced so that I could test drive the unit. It drove well, so I traded my old vehicle for it. After driving it home I realized the heated steering wheel was not working. The dealer was good in getting it repaired & delivered to me.

Haven't selected and purchased a car since 2008. Kaylee was enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. It was a cash transaction for me, but my BF was in the market for a Ranger, and he purchased at the same time. We knew exactly what we needed to do at all times.
