I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Ford in NRH and Jim Rich their Internet Sales Manager. I have been in the market for a new truck for a few months now. I have had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I have been to many dealerships much closer to my home that treated me very poorly to say the least. From the first time I spoke to Jim on the phone till the second we drove off the lot, he was welcoming, nice and most importantly what he said was not changing like every other dealership I have been too. You can tell Jim is a true professional and cares about you and what he does. He wasn't trying to pressure you into things you didn't want, I can defiantly see why he has so many repeat customers. Like most dealerships these days, the service managers at Autonation Ford Frisco don’t always get everything right every time. However, after dealing with these guys for over ten years now, when things start to slip, they have always got things back on track and at the end of the day, from my experiences at least, work very hard at keeping the customer informed all along the way while ensuring that they meet and where possible, exceed service delivery expectations every which way that they can.

Purchased a used F150, Everything was pretty good except for Vehicle detailing. It looked as if it was done in a hurry. Especially the interior. Tires should have been replaced before selling as they were very worn.

Initially was in contact with one of the salesman which did not go very well at all. However Damien the sales Director got involved and quite honestly saved the deal. Damien went above and beyond and stuck to everything he said. Honestly I did the deal predominantly because of the way Damien handled the situation! Would recommend anyone going there!

I called on the Pre-Owned vehicle I was interested in and dealt with Presley Wickham, the salesperson and Scott Miller, the General Sales Manager. I explained I was very interested in the truck but did not feel comfortable leaving my house as I have recently had surgery. Long story short, they completed EVERY aspect of my deal online and over the phone and email. Presley showed up to my house in a mask and gloves and we did business on the tailgate of the truck by signing the paperwork. The truck was immaculate on the inside and I can tell it had been totally sanitized. Well, my wife cant get over the fact that town eastford has had her car for 3 months and they just dont let us know updates,should I request them to buy it back and buy a different vehicle,let the public decide

Update, I was quickly contacted by the GM who promised to make good on the car by either getting rid of the smell or take the car back.
