I've purchased a lot of cars over the years. I ended up Going to Lombard Ford after seeing an unbelievable price for a Mustang convertible. I had my doubts about the price. The price was correct with absolutely no hassle or BS. Dan the sales rep was great. I can't say enough about Mike the finance manager he's a great guy. I spoke with Mr. Lombard for quite awhile about cars of the past and the automotive hobby in general. They made us feel very good about everything. Just a straight up good deal with no pushy sales tactics. I drove 3 hours one way from the Jersey shore and I can honestly say I will drive back for my next car. Having purchased a 2021 Ford from Brewster Ford, when it was time to replace our 2014 Ford, we shopped around and then went to Brewster Ford last. I have to say that they were not presumptuous that we would buy there and earned the sale by there attentiveness, follow-up and flexibility. We purchased a 2025 Escape Hybrid at a competitive price and painless delivery. In the middle of the process, the sales person had left to pursue another career path. The assigned sales person (Matthew) reached out to introduce himself and kept us aware of build status and assured arrangement of the ceramic coating and delivery. He went through all of the controls at delivery and answered all of our questions. Kudos to Rob for making a good selection of assigning Matthew to us and bringing Matthew up to speed on our purchase and needs. Even the financing process was painless.

Introduced to the Torrington Ford Lincoln team through a family friend who had a positive buying experience. The team at TFL was FAST. Reached out via phone at 6pm on a Friday, had quotes early AM Saturday and had the purchase in motion before noon on that same Saturday. The team was knowledgeable and very well rounded. They listened carefully to the preferences I desired, presented the various options and were efficient. The sales executives, CFO and CEO were all involved during the process, and the well rounded culture of the group was impressive and made the experience all the more comfortable. As a buyer its important to see the various parties to get a feel for the credibility of the dealership/point of contact and the TFL team was excellent in that regard. I'd recommend the group to anyone interested in a Ford/Lincoln model, even if they are outside of the natural territory (location). I came from central Massachusetts to purchase a vehicle, and I plan to do it again because the experience was that superb.
