I had a great experience at this dealership. Andres (sales consultant) and Lisa (finance manager) were very professional. They made the purchase of my vehicle quick and easy without the added stress that usually goes with it.

Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

We purchased a Bronco from AutoNation Tustin Ford and had an awesome experience working with the sales staff. We were walked through all trim and option levels, and found the Bronco that perfectly matched our needs and budget. There was never any pressure and negotiations on price were friendly, honest and respectful. We could not have asked for better customer service.

I was shopping for a new Expedition and visited several dealers online, they all had a $5k markup on the sticker prices except Villa Ford, they were offering a $2,500 discount. Chris was sales guy and very pleasant and straightforward. Didn't like dealership policies of forced add ons that made the price not affordable anymore. They advertise a low price and then add another $2-3K. feels wrong to me. wouldn't buy from them.
