Eddie (finance) was also notably very helpful and friendly. He showed me the warranty but did not give me a hard time or pressure me into anything other than I came for. He even helped me with a discount for what I originally came in for. Overall 10/10 facility, staff and experience!

From initial appointment with same or next day service Willowbrook Ford provided excellent quality dependable service for my entire visit! Turnaround time was great. The other customers seemed to be in and out quickly too. All the other customers seemed happy and content as well. The Staff is professional and friendly! Showroom is spotless as was the restroom. They even have an area with cubicles where you can work or have more privacy if needed. As well as a separate adjacent more family oriented waiting room with play area accommodations for guests with children or just a place where you can hang out while you wait. Water and coffee are complementary provided, there are well stocked vending machines and areas to charge electrical devices. Wonderful experience and my car looks and runs great! Awesome experience for my first BIG car purchase! I worked with Kevin Emling to get my dream car in the price range I needed it while the market is still in the hole. We found my car and was never pressured throughout my selection and decisions which at other dealerships in the past I have being a young girl to get something more expensive. The process of getting my car was painless and everything was explained throughly to me on what I was paying as well as my trade in I was over the moon with!
