Service staff are great. Very knowledgeable and willing to help you. Excellent team work among the service team. Service work gets done within a reasonable time frame. They will even pick up your vehicle or drive you home.

I was beyond impressed with my experience at Royal Oak Ford! The salesman, Gage, was so helpful and patient with all of my random questions. He went above and beyond in the customer service department! The finance department spent a ton of time looking at options and building a plan that worked for me. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.
