Chris, who handled the financing, was fantastic—patient, professional, and incredibly competent. He answered all my questions without any of the usual high-pressure tactics or last-minute surprises. I went in prepared to walk away at the first sign of dishonesty, but they delivered a transparent, no-nonsense experience that’s hard to find these days. Brought my car in for service on same day I called to schedule it. Tire had a leak and they fixed it pretty quick. The people in service were great.

Although not convenient, our locations are becoming less so due to the scarcity of the vehicle I want. All interactions with them have been interesting since the day we initiated our contact happened 4 or 5 times with a different person each time. All the eager beavers seemed professional.

The movie theater and restaurant are top notch, they make the whole experience of waiting for your vehicle fly by. Anything less than 5 stars would be a discredit to their service
