We bought a new 2021 Ford Escape from Jim Hudson Ford this morning. Salesman George Lutz was able to find us the perfect new car; Floor Manager Ronnie Tyler worked with us to make it affordable; and Business Manager Tony Dooley worked wonders with the financing and warranties. The entire team did everything they could to ensure a positive experience. Purchased a new Ford escape today. We were immediately met by a wonderful sales person named AJ Johnson. She was extremely helpful and helping my wife and I find the perfect car. The weather was terrible. It was cold and raining but it didn't stop AJ from going out into the lot and bringing back cars for us to test drive. She was very knowledgeable in numerous vehicles, and answered all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable. On a scale of one to 10, AJ was a perfect 10.

1. Recall for headlight switch assembly. 2. Oil Change. They fit me in at the end of the day after I picked up my other car which was in for a recall. Found out that the windows were cleaned inside and outside and now repel water. Been having trouble with window wipers for some time. So, unless someone snuck into my truck and cleaned the windows, It must have been Dick Smith who did this nice thing for me.

I would like to thank Terrell Hicks for helping me pick out my third truck I bought from him in the past 4 years.
