We scheduled a visit, after looking for a specific vehicle within our price range, for close to 5 months. I scheduled a visit online and met with Erica on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection and test drive. Erica and the rest of the staff were very friendly and good to work with during negotiations. We cane to an amicable agreement within about 30 minutes and I am very Happy with my F150 4x4. The only knock on my experience here, was that there was a noticable vehicle repair that I believe should have been done prior to putting the vehicle out for sale, exhaust replacement. They did take money off in the deal for the parts needing replaced, but would have been great to not needed to use my time and resources to complete said repair. Dealing with Bob E. Was a lot easier than most sales reps. I lived an hour away and saw the van online and inquired that evening. I was contacted promptly the next morning About the vehicle. I asked him if there was any noticeable defects and he said he would inspect it. He sent a video going over the vehicle in detail. We texted back and forth some pricing and agreed on a price pending a test drive. We made it to the dealer after work and he had it waiting to go. After a short test drive we sat down and went through the paperwork quickly. He offered the extras, like all dealers do, but was much less pushy about it. I dread dealing with car salesmen but this experience was pleasant.

I had to bring my F-150 in for service the other day, and I was really impressed with the Ford dealership. They were super friendly and helpful, and they knew exactly what was wrong with my truck. They fixed it up quickly and at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 2011 F-150 back in December no problems with vehicle & the Sales Manager was willing to negotiate seeing I came all the way from Hattiesburg & this was the only place out of many I visited that would even try to work out a deal. Most likely this is where I'm going to buy all my vehicles

One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had and I'm 66. Worked with Nick and felt like I found a friend. No car-dealer games. Sat across a desk and came up with a great price. No going back and forth to a manager. Paid close to $2000 less than a car I looked at the day before with more miles. Nick dropped off the car at my house with a full tank of gas. Opposite of the experience I had with other dealerships.
