While visiting family in Omaha, I decided to start my search for a new vehicle. After talking with and visiting several dealers in the area, I found Baxter Ford on California Street in Elkhorn, NE. My initial contact was with salesperson Ron Archer on the phone. His thorough knowledge of the vehicle and its’ systems, timely communication, follow-up and no add-on dealer premiums were the determining factors in my decision to make an immediate purchase. Ron went out of his way to make it easy for me to test drive and pick up the vehicle. All the staff at the dealership were friendly and helpful and made the out-of-state purchase of the vehicle a very positive experience. I highly recommend Ron Archer and Baxter Ford.

Matthew Ahlgren was fantastic from beginning to end and patiently answered all my questions and ran everything down quickly for me. The bonus is that they charge no dealership fees at all which is a first to me. Their pricing was more than fair and they were transparent from start to finish. Looked on the interweb and found a truck that was the right color and had all the features I wanted. Needed extended range gas tank for travel and had to have lumbar support in the drivers seat. I like my new Ford pick'emup truck. Jeff the sales person at Woodhouse wasn't high pressure and closed the deal. This is the second truck I've bought from Woodhouse. Wish Ford sold the XL trucks with a power seat option.

Second F150 I have purchased from Woodhouse Ford of Omaha in last 12 months. Bought XLT last year but wanted to step up to 2020 Lariat this year. Trade on XLT was fair. Both vehicles were purchased via internet, text and phone, and they were delivered to my door 150 miles away!! I really like the internet pricing and details of vehicle on their website. All staff very helpful and timely in contacting me. Herman Shields was my sales rep both times. Herman did a great job handling the details of sale for me. Michaela in the service department did a fantastic job of helping me get the right accessories added to my Lariat (rock guard and splash guards, bed liner and Tonneau cover - I really like the hard roll up). Truck delivered as promised with exactly what I wanted. Very good experience twice in less than 12 months. That should tell you something!

Went looking for a vehicle. They had a decent pontiac for sale. Salvaged title. It seems to be a decent car so far. Time will tell after 30 days.

Hate how long it takes to get in for any service that you need.
