Very good experience at this dealership. Had a recall item on our motor home which they fixed quickly along with another small issue they caught that we didn?t know about. Very happy with them!!

I was at work and we had to drop off a car for Liberty Ford to do body work I decided to look in the show room for a truck I'm a Chevy man so my co-worker asked me why I'm looking in here for a Chevy truck I said you never know, plus I bought my last Chevy truck for Liberty Ford Parma. There it was a Chevy Colorado sitting on the show room floor I asked for a sale person which was Matt. I asked the price on the truck and what year it was it was very very clean, came up the next day Matt got my financed very quickly and out the door I was rolling and I'm the kind of person who do not write reviews, so there you have it was very please with the out come of my purchase.

As far as buying a car from a Dealership, it was the a real pleasure dealing with 2 of the best sales personal that my wife and I have ever had in the last 60 years that I have been buying cars(I am 79) years young. We dealt with (Pete Stiman) and (Paul Lawson) long distance since we live in Oklahoma. These two gentlemen are the best of the best for they were honest as a summer day is long, truthful, respectful, informative, and did every thing we asked of them and even went way beyond what they were asked to do. It speaks volumes when the car arrived and was every thing that their photo's and descriptions were exactly as they described.These two men are a real credit to Mike Bass Ford. Salesperson Howie Baker found the truck I needed, It was a little hard to find one with the options I wanted. Howie worked at it and found it, and made buying it easy, with friendly, no pressure, service. Steve in the finance dept. and Rich the sales manager were also very helpful. I would buy here again.

I had a great experience purchasing a new F-150 from Mike Bass Ford. I stopped by on a Sunday for some information, get everything I needed to know from Brian and received absolutely no pressure or xx. I was impressed. I shopped around a couple of other dealers simply to cover my bases, and those experiences were more than enough to convince me that Brian at Bass was the guy to buy from. I returned a couple days later and was in and out in an hour and a half. The entire team was helpful, friendly and congratulated me on my new truck. Everyone was professional yet kind and didn't waste a minute of my time. It was hands down the best car buying experience I ever had.

Nice being able to drive into service bay. Greeted as exited vehicle. All I had to do was hand over the keys. Had a good discussion with parts department about Ford hard top and they even printed me out info. They also tried to help me with new tire decision. Takes about an hour.

Lindsey Valentine was most helpful getting us set up on Fords touch screen in the car. She explained things we did not know. She also told us to stop by if we had any issues. THANK YOU..

Liberty Ford in Brunswick: The Salesman, David Baisden,was very helpful, friendly, and he called us back within a reasonable time. What impressed us most is his truthfulness: he quoted a price with a certain vehicle, over the phone, and it was the same when we showed up at the dealership. We bought this vehicle sight unseen and they delivered it for free. Facility and bathroom were clean and tidy. Everyone was friendly who worked there and they made us feel at home. Financing took time but was within reason. We felt that no one pushed us into something we disagreed with or didn't want.
