I would like to recognize Service Advisor, Kevin, for the outstanding customer care he provided managing the repair of my 2023 Jeep at Fullerton CDJR. My wife is disabled and I am the primary caregiver. I discussed my situation with Kevin and asked him to do what he could to address the repair of my car in a timeframe that would enable me to continue to provide the care my wife needs. At the time my car needed repair the service department was extremely busy. Kevin prioritized my request in scheduling and worked with a service technician to repair my car. I came to the dealership late in the afternoon. The very next day my car was repaired and I was able to pick up my car. The service Kevin and the service technician provided was exceptional.

If I have to buy another car in the near future, I would 100% go back to Seabreeze Ford. I made contact with them through text. It was unintrusive and extremely easy. Peter said they could meet my requirements when I got there. They met my requirements exactly as they said they would on the phone saving me trip to another less reputable dealer. Ford of Queens has been very attentive to my online request and has continued to follow up, even as I drag my feet on making a decision. I have not visited the dealership, so I cannot comment beyond my online experience.

I use the word "profession" simply because with representatives like Mr. Daly, the perception and status of the vehicle sales business is raised to the level or a true profession. As an attorney, I interact with people on every level on a daily basis. My new Ford RV broke down on it's first trip. Ford performance center repaired the 1 problem immediately, so I could get it back right away. They have also ordered the other part and will contact me when it comes in. They did an outstanding job!

From the Gentleman who checked my vehicle in, Service Department Manager and all of the Staff, to the Gentleman who gave me a ride home and picked me up when my work was completed. They made me feel like they were glad that I was there, not a imposition. They confirmed the work to be done, they asked some questions about my issues so they could have a better understanding of what was going on. It gave me a sense of confidence in their knowledge and the service that they were to provide. I met the technician who performed my service, he has excellent knowledge of the 2003 F250 Super duty Diesel. He took the time to explain what was wrong and what he did to fix the problem. I have lived several places around the country and have dealt with a number of service departments, this, by far, was the best experience that I have ever had. Thank you very much for everything!!! I needed my car serviced on a very specific day and they did everything they could to accommodate me. Besides that, I had to wait at the dealership but the car was serviced right away. The wait also felt short because I was able to work, their wifi being fast and reliable.

The man I spoke to was so helpful and courteous and the showroom was clean and comfortable. My first time buying a car on my own and there was no pressure or steering for me to get something I did not want. Very paitent with my lack of knowledge in all things about car buying.

I leased a 2024 nautilus from Dana Ford . My sales man was Ahmed Khodir. He was very courteous and professional and he really worked with my wife and I and I am very pleased with him. He spent time to go over everything in the car so my wife and I were familiar with all the new gadgets. If anybody is looking for a car, I highly recommend him. Al Rago
