From the beginning, the staff created a welcoming and pressure-free environment. When the manager came over to discuss numbers, he was calm, respectful, and easy to talk to — we genuinely appreciated that vibe. At another dealership, we felt pushed into making a rushed decision, like we couldn’t afford to buy a car unless we committed that day, which made us very uncomfortable. I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! It was easy to book an appointment and I was assigned a service representative. When I got there I was told my service rep was not there that day, but Ibrahim introduced himself. He listened to what I wanted to have looked at. Ibrahim took may car and invited me to wait in the customer service area. He kept me up to date on my repair and indeed, it was done in the time he expected it to be. I will request him as my advisor if I have to have another repair done. I did not buy my Audi at this location, but when I'm ready to buy another, this is the dealership I will deal with.

Had service work done to my 2023 Explorer ! Jovanni was awesome at getting me in quickly and getting all work done in less time than normal !!! Love my Explorer because of of the great service provided !! I will continue to buy my cars from Bob Tomes Ford ! And so is my son with his Ford pickup truck !!!

I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.
