It was easy signing electronically, wiring the down payment and even had a notary come out for the title work. The dealership manager, David Bruns kept me updated on transport and provided pictures of it being loaded. David answered any questions I had. He is very responsive and made me feel like my business is appreciated. When you call in, the people answering the phones are very nice. His personal service went above and beyond, as he repaired a raw metal ding, so as to protect it from corrosion during this winter months here in MN. He also helped troubleshoot some frozen parking brake issues. He kept me in the loop at all times, and completed the work in the time he estimated at the projected price estimate.
