Great Team at Nye! Mike in Parts and Keri in Service worked with us to find the desired running boards for our F-150 Lightening and they came out great! The service tech also performed the 20K service and found some key items that will prevent damage/failure down the road. I bought a Ford Maverick Hybrid last year from the Caskenett Ford dealership in Watertown. It was not available at Bob Johnsons in Pulaski. However, I have come to depend on the professionalism and customer service at the Bob Johnson Service center. They always do a top knotch job working on my vehicle.

What more can I say they did it right again. Brought my Escape in for service and as I expected from them they were quick and Keri kept me in the loop on what was taking place and this time they remembered to put my next service reminder on the windshield. Keep up the good work that I have grown to expect.

I bought a truck at a different dealership. And had many issues with it. The mechanic, Sam Fodora, always was thorough and fixed the problems. Unfortunately, my truck is known for these issues. Thank goodness for Bob Johnson’s and Sam!!!!

Keri was able to get me an appointment in minimum time for a forgotten inspection. Much appreciate her kindness and responsiveness!

Keri was great to work with when I had the oil changed in my car! I liked that she acknowledged me as soon as i walked in.

I only have one complaint~ very difficult to reach them! There phone system is frustrating. It takes many rings to speak to a person. As for Service ~ very nice and try to solve any issues. Sales were great ~ David Biggs is a real people person. Thanks David. Was always looking out for the best results for us. The Financial person also was very easy to work with. I needed almost $4,000 of work done on the timing for my 2019 F-150, that was just out of warranty. A closer dealership was rude and uncaring and a friend told me to try Bidleman of Auburn. I made the drive and I’m glad I did. The parts took a long time to arrive, but Bidleman was always friendly on the phone (and the supply issue wasn’t their fault, anyway). Once the parts arrived, they performed the service and they also worked with Ford Motor Corp. to get the majority of the work covered. My bill was a fraction of what the original estimate was! Now the truck runs great. They have a new customer, I will return to Bidleman Ford. I really feel like they were experienced, friendly and everything you look for in an auto dealership.
