all good except LACK of car wash. you did not meet my expectations in that area.

The customer service representative was excellent and knowledgeable. He was honest and willing to help. The Ford dealership were quick on getting me in and out. The waiting area is very comfortable.

Great experience. Mary from the sales department was very helpful. She answered all my questions and provided me regular updates. The process was a little longer, because I financed with an institution out of the state. But, Mary was patient and very helpful.

I knew exactly what I wanted and did a internet search. I live about 130 miles away for Greene Ford. I found the truck at Greene Ford and did a online inquiry. Within minutes JASON VIEIRA was calling me with details of the truck. As it turned out it was what I was looking for. I had driven several trucks at local dealers and knew I wanted a Ford. I called JASON and said I would be in the next day after work to purchase. That happened to be his day off but he came in. We did all the paperwork over the phone. JASON had the truck full of fuel and thoroughly went over the options and features. I did not get there until almost closing but they were very accommodating and stayed well after closing to make sure I was happy. Salesman Rippen & other staff were very helpful and friendly, and didn't rush me through the test drive & my picky vehicle inspection.
