I called Josh Stowers at Moses and told him the vehicle that I wanted, the vehicle was in transit so Josh held it once it arrived. Josh then called me to have me to come in. He was able to give me top dollar for my trade in and he made sure I left with the vehicle that I wanted! He is the absolute best. Went there just looking to see what I could find, wasn't looking to buy right then. William McCormick was there showing me everything I asked to see. And helped me find something I couldn't leave without. He was great I'm accommodating me asking to see several vehicles. He was a great help I'm my final decision, one of the best experiences I've had buying a vehicle.

Dylan Osborne was my salesperson. He was quick to reply to my vehicle inquiry. Once we moved forward, I was mostly happy with my service. I misunderstood and thought LoJack and warranty was included in the price as I was not given any price until I saw paperwork. They did come down on delivery price and overall, I am very happy with the Expedition we purchased. One issue I did have was it came with a smoke smell which was not disclosed and I am very sensitive to that. They did purchase an ozone generator which removed the smell and thus far I am very satisfied.
