I'm truly amazed at my experience there. After being denied and feeling defeated I gave it once last try. Quincy was amazing. Went in on Saturday and drove off Monday in a brand new Ford. He was so nice and patient even when I wasn't. The process was pretty quick. I spent only a few hours on Saturday picking out a vehicle. Got all the paperwork to them Monday morning. Went back Monday afternoon to pick up my car. It was washed and ready to go. I was not really into Ford's but now I'm a customer for life and hopefully will be buying from Quincy for now on.

Preston was very helpful and courteous. He had good follow up and making sure things were complete and as ordered. He has been very helpful after the sale as well.

Miguel was awesome and very helpful! He answered all my questions and was very patient. I had a pleasant buying experience at 5 Star Ford in Lewisville, and definitely would recommend.

Came in for a recall issue. Pete took great care of me. The issue was addressed quickly and was able to get my vehicle back same day. Great service!!!

Transparency made the deal smooth and easy . No games . told me there best out the door price . i agreed and the price never increased with add on fees etc . wasn?t pressured at all through the whole process . took about an hour for everything.

All staff are kind and professional. The facility is clean and welcoming. I love the shuttle they offer to take you to and from your home.

Platinum Ford is the dealership we always use in our area. We have tried others, but have been disappointed. The thechnicians at Platinum Ford are competent and courteous. I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! I am very happy with the detailing of my vehicle. It looks like a brand new vehicle now. The valet service was great. My truck was picked up early and delivered back to my home on time. I will definitely recommend this service to others.

He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience.
