My first time in the service department and it was a great experience. I needed a new tire, thankfully I purchased the tire warranty agreement. My sales rep, Shannon Mayes, saw me there and took great care of me, communicating with me and my service reps Joe and Dre. Initially, I went to AutoNation Honda close to my home and was incorrectly advised to take my vehicle back to where I purchased it. Shannon immediately made contact with management at the Honda location to make sure they were aware that I was given incorrect information. Joe and Dre made sure my vehicle was repaired and returned on the promised date and time.

I arrived on a Tuesday to test drive a Ford Edge that I was interested in. After checking out other locations are returned on Wednesday to finalize the deal. I've known car purchases to take up your entire day but even with a trade-in, Omar had me out in two and a half hours.

Called service department at approximately 9am, was scheduled for service at 12:30pm same day. Arrived at dealership at 12:30, truck was service and I was gone within 45 minutes.

His name is Joe Brown and his demeanor, attitude, and knowledge of his job were all above and beyond his job requirements. His performance is a reason to keep buying cars at this dealership. Typically service is where some dealerships fall short of having repeat customers. Mr. Brown should be the standard that all service advisors are held to. I will. Continue to get my vehicle serviced there and probably will take vehicles that were not purchased there to Mr. Brown?s dealership. What a pleasant experience. Todd Roberts 2nd truck I’ve bought always does a great job and does me right getting better deals now he has move locations bout the same truck I had with less mile from Todd and a better trim package for cheaper 200$ cheaper a mouth

Air conditioning repair was done and it took 3 weeks but I had a loaner that was super fun and in style 2925 bronco sports
