Jacob Sweeney was amazing he got me into a better vehicle than what I was looking at. I didn't have a vehicle so I did everything via email and text. When it was time for me to sign paperwork they sent a driver to pick me up . I love an hour away from the dealership. Met with Steve in finance signed all the paperwork and drove my car home. If you need a good vehicle I recommend you go see them. I can't say enough about how awesome they are

I bought my car from Rob a couple years ago. He listened to what I wanted and helped me get a great car after months of looking. A couple weeks ago I was having trouble with the car and Ford was trying to charge me over $1,000 just to tell me what was wrong with it. I called Rob (which I wish I would have done in the first place) and he not only set me up an appointment but provided me with a loaner car until mine got fixed. Zeigler was able to tell me what was wrong with my car the same day they looked at it and had the part delivered and installed the very next day. I would definitely recommend Rob and Zeigler to anyone looking for a car

Our salesman John Kerry #LuckyBuyersClub was great. We have been watching for a good deal on a GMC Acadia in the Michiana area for a long time. We live an hour and a half away from Kalamazoo and did a lot of communicating with John ahead of time prior to our visit. He was so personable, helpful and friendly. He even text to let us know power was out due to a storm just in case we may come up. We were so grateful! John took the time to help us get the best deal possible and we are thrilled! Mike Chamberlin was not only a good salesperson and provided exceptional service, but offered services that are not usually the concern of the salesperson. Mike responded to our email with information about a vehicle that we had seen online, but it turned out not to have all the features that we wanted. Mike asked for our criteria then went about searching for this vehicle. He succeeded after finding the vehicle in another state about 8 1/2 hours/600 miles away. He made arrangements and got the vehicle to Dorrance Ford in Galesburg, MI. Galesburg is about 3 hours/160 miles round trip for us to drive to Dorrance Ford. Mike gave us home delivery after he also offered to get the duplicate title that we needed for our trade-in vehicle. We had our new vehicle and Mike drove our trade-in vehicle back to Dorrance Ford. These services were really appreciated, especially since we are all dealing with Covid-19. What a pleasant experience Mike provided.
