Nice clean waiting area, wish is was more separate from Sales area. Service writer was easy to worth with as well as Parts Dept tech. Overall everything g was ok, car still whistles using fan on high which was one of my complaints and wish they washed my car like the last dealer did each time I had service.

Justin, one of the service writers, is the best to deal with in the area!! He is always trying to help me with any problems I may have and always goes above and beyond for his customers ! He is the reason I always go back for any service my Ford Raptor may need , Thanks, AK

My truck came in for schedule oil change, inspection and tire rotation plus a cabin air filter. I dropped the truck off the day before and they actually did it all that evening and called me first thing next morning to let me know it was ready and it was nice to be right in and out to get the rest of my day filled with my plans that I had made sooner

Apparently the coyote 5.0 in the 2020 f150 is a junk motor 106.000 miles engine expired had to have a knew one yankee replaced it for some crazy amount of money but they did a fanomanal job great customer service all the way around from John at the service desk to Ari at the end
