Even though the dealership was incredibly busy with multiple sales going on at the same time, both the salesman, Jarrett and the dealership handled it very well. We did have to wait longer than expected, but understood considering the situation.

I went to the dealership on Saturday and my mom Terri Connally was absolutely the best!! Got a 2020 Nissan Sentra SR and absolutely in love with it. My payments were going to be high. My experience with Dave Arbogast Ford was spectacular. They went above and beyond to service my car. Despite my car still being under warranty, several other Ford dealerships were unwilling to service my vehicle and provide the loaner that is guaranteed under my warranty. When it came to Dave Arbogast coordinating a loaner vehicle, Leah was very accommodating and friendly. The first person I spoke to in the service department was Justin. Each time I called back, he was very pleasant and willing to help. He communicated updates throughout the entire process, and he did an excellent job explaining the situation in a technical way and with layman’s terms. Great customer service. Easy to schedule an appointment for any service needs. Upon arrival, the service department was ready to help I was told upfront how long the service would take and the cost. The waiting area was clean and well stocked. There are three areas to wait for your vehicle one which includes an enclosed room for children. My car was ready before the promise time, I will use this dealership again for any service needed.

Bought my 2021 ford ranger from them. Everything was handled through email and texts until i drove the 4.5 hours to finalize the deal. Great people to work with and i would definitely recommend them to anyone.
