My 2009 Edge was involved in a recall, when parts were finally available my vehicle repair was done in a timely manner, in addition I was offered a ride back home and again to the dealer to pick up my repaired vehicle.

They took the extra time to help us explore options, evaluate our trade-in, and stayed late to ensure that our purchase went smoothly. We can’t sing their praises enough - will recommend to anyone interested in an Acura to come to Pleasanton. It was worth the drive from Sacramento!
Their service department is awesome. Which is a good thing since Ford cars are not the best quality. Things keeping breaking or wearing out on our 2013 Ford Explorer that I would not expect, or I have not seen in other cars. If you buy a ford make sure to buy the extended warranty or else it will cost you more in the long run.

Car shopping can be a hassle. I saw this 300c online for a good price. An almost unbelievable good price. We had an appointment in Walnut Creek so we stopped by to see the car. My husband wasn't expecting much because of the price of the car. The car was beautiful. Justin Potthoff was our salesman and he made the whole buying a car experience a good experience. Everything went very smooth. All of the staff are very friendly. The finance manager, Alberto Fletes, didn't even try to pressure us into buying add ons, no pressure! Very nice place.

I spent a ton of time on the Cars.com app looking for the right vehicle before I called this place. When I did I worried that the price would go up. But the price actually went down a bit.
