Came in looking to buy a 2 year old Ram Truck, the salesman and sales manager were very helpful and honest by getting me in a new truck for less than it was going to be to buy a new one

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

After having a less than ideal experience at another dealership we decided to take a trip to Peoria and give this Sam Leman a try. We appreciate the way Andrew Kennedy approached us listened to everything we had issues within the new wranglers and searched for the answers for us. We did not like the new dashboards and asked if it could be replaced. Andrew said he was not sure but he would gladly check into it for us. Within one business day we had our answer and went to work on trading in our jeep wrangler for a new jeep wrangler. This was all done over the phone and online making the whole experience great for us since we live over an hour away. I unfortunately bought a lemon car from another dealer. 12 days after I bought it, I had an issue with the automatic 4WD. I called Mike Murphy Ford in Morton, and I was treated horribly on the phone. Treated like I was insane and stupid. I had never called for service and had someone so mean handle the phone call. My husband suggested I call Uftring Automall to get our issue resolved as we were headed out of town the next day. When I called, Barry answered. Sweetest demeanor for those who call in distress. I needed that after having been treated like crap for the past 2 weeks in dealing with this vehicle. I told him what was going on, he listened intently. He said he would like to go to ask the service folks immediately if they could look at my SUV. I expected a call back after an hour or two, but 5 minutes later I got a call and he politely asked if I could bring my SUV in within the next hour. I said, "That was fast." He replied, "Well you are top priority." I genuinely appreciate how kind he was during such a stressful time. He gave me directions and everything. I got to the service area, and Mike Healey took care of me. Wonderful! Kind, prompt, genuine. Just like Barry. Bruce drove my car and figured out the issue with it right away. They fixed my vehicle, and I couldn't be more happy with my experience there. I am so appreciative of the good customer service I received. It still exists, and I will return for future business because they made it so easy and safe (stress-wise) to bring my vehicle there for fixing.

When talking with the locals and asking where they purchased their vehicle, Mike Murphy comes up a lot in conversations. You tell them your budget and they will find you the right car that works for you. I couldn’t be happier with my Ford Edge SEL and the service provided by Rickie Gieger was above any service I had anywhere else. I enjoyed his entertaining personality and humor throughout the car search experience. Within a few hours, I was driving off the lot. You cant beat their extended warranty deals. If your within 100 miles of their business and break down, tow truck is free, repairs are free within the warranty, and if you need a rental, thats included as well.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Two days ago I was driving from Nebraska to Virginia. My Ford Focus began making horrifically loud noises as I crossed Iowa and drove through Illinois. I stopped at Uftring Ford hoping that they would be able to diagnose and fix the problem. I was incredibly stressed out and worried that I would be stuck in Peoria for days without a working car. I needed get to Virginia before law school started and was panicked that I wouldn't be able to make it in time. I had never been to Peoria, knew nobody within an 8-hour drive of the area, had no appointment with Uftring, and was desperate to get my car working ASAP. I relayed my personal crisis to the employees at Uftring. They immediately began evaluating my car. Several mechanics (Bruce, and a few others whose names I have forgotten) started working on it immediately (again, I had no appointment!). Everyone was incredibly kind. They quickly discovered what was wrong and got my car into working condition within an hour. I cannot tell you how relieved I was. I got back into my car, ready to get back on my way to Virginia, when I realized that I had not received a bill for their work. I went back inside and asked for the charges. The mechanics at Uftring said there was no bill! I was floored at the generosity of the Uftring employees. They heard my issue, started working on it immediately, resolved it quickly, and then charged nothing for quite literally saving me. As a broke law student, this meant everything. As a human, this was one of those experiences that gives you a more positive outlook on the world -- one of those "strangers helping strangers" stories. I have nothing but gratitude for everyone at Uftring, and if you find yourself with car troubles in Peoria, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

They found the flex pipe split in half. Only being held together by the shield . They order the part. There very friendly and nice. They always take care of my car.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

I live in FL and was searching all over the Southeast and Midwest for a very specific spec of truck that only a few dealers had. After talking to at least seven other dealers I ended up purchasing from Riverside. Jeff and Chase were both exceptional to work with! From providing pictures, FaceTime walk around of the vehicle, handling all the DMV paperwork (I was shocked that several dealers wanted me to do it once delivered), and the logistics of getting the vehicle delivered (extra kudos to the delivery driver for getting it to me at 8pm on a Sunday), they truly made the process so easy I couldn't say no AND the deal itself was still inline or better than the other dealers I was working with! In all my years of buying vehicles and dealing with dreaded dealers, this is the first time I'm genuinely happy with the service that was provided! Honestly I cannot say enough good things about my experience!

Plush ride and plenty of power. Side windows are lower and offer more comfort when down. Safety features are awesome. Engine without cylinder shutdown was a plus for me. Price was higher than expected but in line with other brands.

When I purchased my car, the service was excellent. Nathan was a great salesperson to work with. Recently I locked my keys in the car, the manager, whose name I believe is Mitch, was so very helpful and made sure that I was able to unlock my vehicle. I recently traded in my 2015 F150 platinum after owning for 8 years. I bought used with 42k miles on it with the 3.5 ecoboost. I loved the comfort of driving and the style of it. Couldn’t have been a better experience driving it on all the long trips. Unfortunately I settled with the engine instead of waiting for a 5.0 to be available. The problems started with 2 weeks of buying the sunroof broke then at 60k miles with the transmission dying. Turbo lines were leaking fluid costing $4k to fix. Back window track falling on to my daughter’s car seat. Head gasket seal replaced at 100k miles. TPMS failed and never replaced them for $700. Air conditioner had issues here and there after so long Max A/C was like normal fan on high. Other miscellaneous sensors were replaced. Overall I had $26k in service repairs. Thank goodness I had an extended warranty or it would’ve been gone a long time ago. Sadly I got to 150k miles and the sunroof broke again after minimal usage throughout the years. With out a warranty anymore I couldn’t go down this road again.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

One of the best vehicles I've ever owned. The only thing I ever had to do with it is replace a water pump after 151,000 mi well built and great value for the money.

I own a 2015 F150 Lariat with the 5.0. Love every aspect of this truck. That 302 with 3.73 gears is a beast!! Excellent accelelation, towing, and overall comfort. Not having to worry about rusted body panels is another big plus.
