Great experience salesman was awesome. Took only two hours from the time we got there till the time we were driving off the lot bought a really nice car for a low amount of money.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

The service met what i needed. I was able to ensure that the price of the repairs that were needed were affordable and correct. I just wish some of the future repairs that are needed are more affordable and could be more explained by the customer service representative like the previous rep that I had at the previous visit. Overall, the facility was very clean and i was able to meet with one of the car/service representative. I was able to meet with a car dealer who was very friendly and ensure that I had his contact information, in the event I plan or may want to purchase a new vehicle in the near future, which i plan too.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Taylor Ford of Manteno set the bar across the board for a perfect remote experience. From the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry on their website and their sales people were not only responsive, but extremely kind. They assisted me with walking me through the entire process. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

I don?t have a problem with this dealership. I do have a problem with Ford and a known defect in their engines. I asked if I got a new engine if tge same thing would happen and they said yes. I reported this issue to the NHTSA and found many others with the same problem. Ford: you should replace my motor at no cost to me and provide a non defective replacement. I may be buying another brand if this is not resolved.

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I found a 2022 Cadillac Escalade that is a Certified car and in exceptional condition. I live in Skokie and the Pre-Owned Manager Dave and Ed were very accommodating, listened to my needs, and we worked out good deal. Super happy that I traded in two cars for it. I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Was ok . just couldnt find what was in my budget . needed something for around 1500 cash without a lot of major issues. Since my credit needs help getting cleared up and the fact im not working i wouldnt be able to afford payments

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

Paid off, Now the Heater doesn’t work, Left wiper arm fell off in the rain. Shifter knocks/Clunks, Otherwise reliable truck. Need heating to work please.
