I bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jim Schmitz back in early July. I recently had the brakes replaced with new rotors and had to work done by my mechanic in the town that I live in. I contacted Jim Schmidt about this problem and they have taken care of over half of the bill or paying for the parts and they realized it was a mistake on their part work should have been done originally and they made it right with me I am writing this review into cancel out the other two because they came forward and made it right with the customer( myself).
Everything went well with the purchase of my 2017 Expedition EL. We took delivery the day after our visit because they were to have fixed the back-up camera. The back-up camera was faulty with the image being distorted and was identified during test drive with agreement to have it fixed. Upon delivery, on the same day, the camera again failed and has continued to not be functional (this is day 2). I'm not to worried because they said they would make sure it was fixed so I will write a follow up to this to let you know how it turns out.
That said I feel based on my initial experience they will be true to their word. Look for a review once it does or doesn't get repaired. I do want to say I dealt with AJ (sales) and he was great to work with, always following up and keeping me up to date over a lengthy period. At this time I would recommend him as a great representative of the dealership being knowledgeable and easy to work with.
Matt Wilson was the internet manager who helped me with my pricing excellent guy to work with really looks out for you superb customer service Dave forres was just as equally helpful going over the car and helping me with paperwork and everything else this company I would highly recommend it made me turn into a Ford believer once again I would go to Bob Thomas Ford every time highly recommend them for a car

I previously owned a 1998 Ford Explorer (limited), I loved that vehicle. The next vehicle was a 2005 Mercury Mountaineer. I soon realized I should have stayed with an Explorer. I recently searched and found my 2018 Explorer (limited) at Bob Thomas Ford and with their help I'm back in the vehicle I love. It's a great vehicle, great purchase experience, great price, great sales and financing support from Bob Thomas North location, couldn't be happier !!!! Really good dealership. Enjoyed my time there. The salesman that helped me was excellent (Cody Caudill) I would recommend him to anyone. This place does not push sales. They let me look at what I wanted and didn't try pushing one on me that I didn't want.
Never a service issue at this dealership. Always upfront about any issues on my vehicle. No upsell. Always listen to what I say about things I'm feeling or hearing on my vehicle and will check them out.
After searching for a vehicle for approximately three months, I finally found a used 2011 Ford F150 4x4 truck that I was interested in at a very reasonable price. After test driving the vehicle, I had found some minor repair issues which made me have second thoughts about buying the truck. Adrienne Emmons was the sales person I was working with during the test drive. She then went out of her way to work with management to get the repair issues resolved in a timely manner. I was glad I waited a few more days for the work to be done as the truck looked great after coming back from the detail shop and everything is now in good working order mechanically. The dealership also offered a fair trade-in value for my older SUV. Morgan in finance was also very pleasant to work with. She made the paperwork and formal purchase go quickly and smoothly. She did not try to high pressure me into purchasing extra warranties although she did present to me what was available.
They are very professional and treat you like family. My check engine light came on my Jeep Grand Cherokee and they checked it out and then we set up an appointment for the next day, but would be at work so they came and picked it up and brought it back when they were done. Very happy with everything.
I made an appointment, confirmed the appointment when I arrived on time it was the guys day off. So they passed me to someone I had not been discussing my wants with. I explained I had $32,000 to work with. They could have said "we cant help you" And it would have been no hard feelings and I would have been on my way. instead the kept me for 30mins. then came back with 34,500 and said they were loosing money on that. So I got up and left. First off they arent going to sell you a truck at a loss. Otherwise they wouldnt have a job. Secondly there is the sticker price, then the invoice price then the dealer cost. When they say they are selling you something at invoice they are still making $2-3,000 profit due to the dealer holdback and dealer incentive monies. I dont do games, I know what I want I know what I have to spend and I tell them so. either they can deal with that or they cant. I didnt appreciate their games.
We decided to look around for a different vehicle when we pulled into Bob Thomas Ford West. Matt Wilson was very helpful and patient with us since we didn't really know what we wanted. We finally decided on a new Ford Escape and couldn't be happier. Thanks, Matt, for all your help!

I trade cars, and have all of my servicing done, at Bob Thomas Ford West. I'd taken my 2008 Focus in for repair; it turned out that it had major transmission issues; the wonderful Service Dept Team called a halt to the repairs, said there were too many problems, recommended that I go ahead & trade it in, which I'd said I'd do if the transmission was shot. Mr. Jim Robinson then worked with me to trade the Focus for a 2015 C-Max Hybrid. He was the one who worked with me in 2008 to trade my previous Escort for a Focus.
