My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Paid off, Now the Heater doesn’t work, Left wiper arm fell off in the rain. Shifter knocks/Clunks, Otherwise reliable truck. Need heating to work please.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

We were looking for a specific vehicle and found it on Cars.com. Sewell reached out immediately. I explained this was a purchase for my parents, who were use to driving around from dealer to dealer. I told my Mom and Dad there was an easier way. Will was our sales person and he reached out immediately providing me with all the vehicle info. We agreed to meet with him the next morning . When we arrived at Sewell, Will greeted us and was so friendly and kind. My parents were overwhelmed with the dignity and respect this dealership showed us even though my parent’s barely speak English. They have always been intimidated in high class places but they felt so welcomed- like family. Before you start thinking - Oh it’s because they bought a Rover… no they didn’t , they bought a used Chevy in pristine condition. The most impressive take away is that they didn’t treat us any less than their usual client base. They offered to wash the car and do an oil change and deliver it to her home the next day. All I can say is that Sewell Land Rover North Austin deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service and to thank Will for having the the most genuine care for us. I hope all dealers would learn from this dealership … It’s not always all about the money. I am positively certain the next time I look for a vehicle I won’t be going anywhere else.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

We just bought my son's first car, and Gulsah in the used car department was amazing. She was very patient, transparent and honest with us throughout the entire process. She ever pulled some additional information for a similar car we were considering at another dealer. Her sales manager was straight forward and not pushy as well. I've had some bad experiences with their service department in the past, but our most recent interaction with Gulsah and the used department couldn't have been better.

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

I bought a c300 from Phil at brothers auto group in December. My experience was very good. He gave me an amazing deal on the car, and now I brought my car back for service at their mechanic shop and they did a great job. I’m very happy with them and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Repairs were not done in a timely manner. Parts were at another location. Took two days to get them and was repaired on the 3rd day

Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I normally don’t write reviews but my family had such a great experience here that I feel I needed to tell everyone about it. We were shopping for a new Maverick truck in San Antonio (Northside Ford) area, they were advertising it as 36,000 but of course as we sat down somehow the price was hike up to 48,000 with taxes and etc….. and we went ahead and walk away discouraged. A friend suggested we give Leif a call because of a previous great experience he had, and sure enough after traveling over a 100 miles to get to Austin we bought the exact same truck $10,000 less! In my opinion well worth the extra drive, and not once did I feel we were getting ripped off!

STX 4X4 crew cab 2.7 eco. Bought new in Sept 2018. Overall, this truck has been very reliable, albeit a few issues. I’ll list them.. 1st thing was the transmission would slam from 3rd to 4th or 5th gear. Was fixed under warranty with a software re-flash. Then the rear brakes at 30K miles. I ended up doing a brake upgrade all around. It was a huge improvement in performance.. hope they last longer. Then the wiper switch followed by the ACIM for the sync system. That’s it in 6 years. All Maintenance has been kept up with and I've had zero engine issues. I’m at 66000 miles. Comfort on long trips is great and the truck continues to track straight with ease. I replaced the worn tires at 62000 miles with larger Nitto Ridge grapplers which have definitely decreased mpg and acceleration performance but look and perform amazingly in snow. I wouldn’t hesitate on buying another.

Lafayette was helpful and kept me updated every step of the way for regular maintenance on my ford and repairing a recall. Would recommend him!

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I bought my '18 F150 Lariat 4x4 new in late 2018. No special options, crew cab, 5.5' bed, with the 2.7L Ecoboost and tow package. It has been over 5 years and the truck has been flawless. I've only done 40k miles, but all my trips are either very short, to get food or take the dog out, or very long, like 7 hours non-stop from Boise to Seattle, or from Idaho to Alabama to visit family during covid. I have the 36 gal tank and it's a revelation for road trips. My last truck would go a little over 300 miles per tank with a 15mpg V8. This one will do over 600 easy. The 2.7L gets 21mpg in town, where I'm fairly easy on it and it's usually unloaded, but only 23 on the hwy where the speed limit is 80, I'm not easy on it, and it's usually loaded for a trip. The interior is good overall, minus some cheap plastic, it's easy to clean and the leather seats have worn well. I love the OEM full rubber mats. The 4WD Auto mode is fantastic around town when it's snowy and cold but bad not enough for 4 hi. I love the load-flat rear floor and so does the dog. I got the tow package but it didn't come with the trailer brake, so that was disappointing to discover. Also, the halogen headlights are horrible and I replaced them with aftermarket LED bulbs, even though I like to use only OEM parts. The 10spd transmission isn't brilliant, with a rough shift here and there. My older Ram had an 8spd ZF, which was miles better. The F150 does eat up the miles on the open road though, almost as well as my wife's Audi Q5, but with a little more steering play, which makes it a little more fatiguing on long trips. It is, however, head and shoulders above any older trucks I've owned or driven and better than the 2015 Ram I had. I've carried trees, loads of dirt, motorcycles, furniture, towed cars and Uhaul trailers, and it's handled it all. Sometimes I wish I had 6.5' bed when I'm carrying 12' lumber. Sometimes I wish it was as small as my dad's Tacoma. Once in a while I wish it was a Raptor. But then I remember trying to park my Ram crew cab with 6.5' bed, or I drive the economy car-like Tacoma, and I realize that, while not perfect, it's nearly impossible to beat this truck as an all-around suburban homeowner-type vehicle, it even fits in my garage. I would absolutely buy it again and will probably keep it for several years to come.

Sales person, Lucia, zeroed in on my needs if I were to purchase now rather than yr from now at end of my lease. They had seven autos that met the reasons to get serious about purchasing now. As this was a high end loaner there were a number of items that needed updating and every one necessary got involved up to the General Manager overseeing the process. This is my 9th different dealership in the last 25+ yrs involving higher end auto sales and Mac Haik is second to none.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

They did agreat job the service person was very friendly and informative. Now I do have a problem with the sales manager and husband sales people I'm finding out things they didn't disclose about my truck i bought hopefully I have no problem with the truck so when or if you're thinking about buying a vehicle especially a used one clarify all information as i did get a carfax but there was some information I didn't receive until I got my truck back from the 10,000 mile secudle service. I'm possibly going to buy a different truck in 2026 but probably somewhere else thanks for reading my evaluation oh but the service was great.

This is the third F150 I have owned, by far the best, 60,000 miles have not had to fix anything, Did brakes and tires around 55k, limousine quiet inside, 5.0. l coyote engine has impressive power and decent mileage

In One Word "Wonderful"! From "Sir John Jones", who walked me through the process, to the service writer I engaged in a conversation about the truck I purchased, it was a pleasure. Even the finance meeting with AAA Charles was painless. Just Felt like good folks helping an old man through it. Personal attention to the vehicle Technology side of things, showing me how to operate all the Stuff, helped and they delivered the truck to Houston! Way to go, great Team. I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

We bought a 2025 Rav4 for my wife, a car she had saved up for over a number of years. It is our cross country vehicle for our retirement road trips. Everyone was helpful, with a special shout out to Damian Denova. While the dealership did everything right, Damian is the reason we purchased what we did, where we did. This process took about a year, we considered several makes and models from several dealerships, and ONLY Damian and Cedar Park Toyota stayed in touch over that timeframe. Being a retired salesman, I was very impressed with the job Damian did. He was a true professional in every aspect. Not the truck i dreamed of but in the end my 2018 XL STX 4X4 with the 2.7 eco was a great truck. Very fast when warranted to pass in the fast lane or merge onto the freeway and just great fuel consumption really! Bought new in Sept of 2018 and recently traded it in for a brand new well equipped 2022 chip shortage leftover XLT 4X4 with the 302A and max towing package with the 3.5.... my dream truck but already i miss that fuel gauge barely moving like it did on my 2.7 STX.
