This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Erkan (Rick) and his colleagues were super helpful and really went the extra mile when I found out after purchase that the Ford Escape we first selected did not have an important feature (the garage opener). The Escape that did have the feature also had a bunch of others that I liked, but they didn't have that trim on the Koons Sterling lot. Not only they arranged taking the first Escape back and exchanging it for the one I wanted, but they even sent a driver to Koons Falls Church to bring that other car for me, so I drove the first car in and drove out the dream one, and I only paid the price difference. I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

2022 F150 PowerBoost 3.5 twin turbo absolutely hauls xxx with phenomenal gas mileage on a 30 gallon tank. I’ve gotten a true 600 and 700 miles out of a tank of gas when it’s in Eco mode it will run on battery alone if you’re on flat level ground and maintain your speed that’s how they obtain so many miles out of a tank full of gas probably one of the best F1 50s I’ve owned and I’ve had several of them. If you leave it in tow Haul mode it will disengage the auto stop start so the vehicle remains on. It’s been absolutely bullet proof with zero issues. If I’m not driving the Dually Diesel F350 I’m driving this..

The service department are very helpful and they take the time to explain what needs to be done and why.

Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

I bought my 2012 F150 FX4 Ecoboost brand new in February 2012. I currently have 64k miles on it. I have never had a mechanical issue with it. Regular preventative maintenance has kept it very reliable. It has a comfortable and quiet ride for a truck. I have towed 3 different campers with it ranging from 5k-8k pounds. The Ecoboost easily handles the towing with plenty of HP and torque. Just don't expect great gas mileage while towing, 7-9mph. Without towing on the highway, I can average 19mph. For a half ton truck, I tow my 35ft camper with no concerns. It's a comfortable commuter truck too. I love my truck!

We were completely satisfied with our purchase of an Audi Q3 mediated by Michael Hallahan. He had mediated our purchase of another make car at a different dealership. I own a 2014 F150 Lariat. Has a 3.5 liter eco boost. I have 157000 miles , had a few minor issues but has been fantastic. Do all the things you need to do to maintain it. Put Lucas auto treatment monthly. Love my truck, I would highly recommend.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

This was the best experience I have had at a dealership. The dealership was straightforward and honest. I requested an out-the-door price and they provided a clear written price. I traveled to the area and they sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. On inspection of the vehicle I found an unexpected issue and they adjusted the price to allow me to get the issue addressed. The sales people were not pushy or high pressure. The guy whose job it was to present me the warranty did not pressure me when I said no. I expected to be there for hours, but the whole experience had minimal wait time and I was on the road earlier than I expected to be.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Jon was great in helping us get our vehicle back on the road again. Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department is outstanding! My car broke down on the weekend and when I called the Ford dealership near my house (Koons Ford of Woodbridge) they told me they could not get to it until mid-November (I called on 10 October). My transmission would not let the car drive and had a code on my Ford Pass that said there was a sensor problem which I told them. I told them I was going to call other Ford Dealerships and the Koons Ford service tech told me go ahead because all dealerships have a shortage of mechanics, and no one will be able to get me in sooner. I called Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department and talked to Jon who told me to bring it there. I had it towed to them and Ourisman Ford of Manassas service department had it fix the next day! Outstanding service! I have been a loyal customer to Koons Ford of Woodbridge for over 10 years and bought and had my cars serviced there (bought 7 vehicles over the 10 years). When that dealership was Cowles, it was great, but since Koons took over it went downhill. I have found a new dealership in Ourisman Ford of Manassas. This dealership is over 15 miles from my house versus 4 miles to Koons but when it comes to customer service Ourisman Ford of Manassas is tops!

This is the third F150 I have owned, by far the best, 60,000 miles have not had to fix anything, Did brakes and tires around 55k, limousine quiet inside, 5.0. l coyote engine has impressive power and decent mileage

My only dilemma in purchasing a new F-150 is having to give up my old F-150. I am driving a 2011 5.0 Platinum with 203,000 miles. It has been an awesome truck. All the luxury, comfort, and style I desire coupled with the practicality of a utility vehicle. I am disappointed that Ford has discontinued the Coyote V8 in the ‘24 Platinum and King Ranch trim levels. Hopefully the Ecoboost and Powerboost will be as reliable as the Coyote. Alternatively, I can find a ‘23 with a V-8.

I now own the 2023 Ford F150 Platinum hybrid. I have many trim levels, for I have owned Ford trucks for some 25 years. All trucks today, because of the complexity of the technologies experience difficulties. It is still one of the best.

We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it in a hurry. We spent a couple hours looking at and driving cars and the entire time we were never hassled or pressured. It was a pretty laid back environment. We bought a car and drove away. About 9 days later the car started giving us problems. A hose had broke and the dealership stepped right up and took care of the issue. I was back in my car the same day. We were shocked it all happened so quickly and professionally. Original owner of a 2014 F150 XLT 5.0L engine, short bed. I use it for lots of towing, hauling and long distance driving and it's frequently exposed to harsh environments from chemical refineries to heavy snow and salt. I've done regular oil changes and tire rotations on this truck up to 130k miles. Experienced zero major problems. The only issues with towing are the length of trailer which does push the vehicle around some (driving at recommended speeds of 65mph or less solves this). The tow mode conflicts with the cruise control feature (do not use cruise for hills). Completing recommended maintenance and tuneups makes a notable difference in engine and tow performance. The only parts I've had to replace aside from glass have been a battery, AC blower vent doors with actuators. The full leather interior has held up extremely well with front seat protectors (slight abrasions on driver seat). Console only shows wear with the power button for the heat/AC. Exterior has no rust except a normal even patina in wheel wells (original exhaust good).

My 2022 STX 4x4 is totally awesome. Most importantly it’s 100% American. The 5.0 engine puts out plenty of power and pulls great . I put a 3 inch lift on the front and a 2 1/2 inch lift on the rear . I’m riding on 2022 35” inch tires and 18” raptor wheels . Also have an exhaust system with a large cold air intake system and passenger side oil catch can . All work was done at mall of ga ford . Now I have 15475 miles and just had my fourth oil change and service from mall of ga ford they completely take care of my truck .

On July 26, 2022 I picked up my fourth F150. This one was different. It was the first one I ordered (waited 10 mths.), the most costly and a hybrid. Now, almost a year later, I find I am greatly enjoying the truck. It tows 7000# with ease, is quiet, and the feature set is fantastic. Each rendition of the F150 has been better. I started with the 2009. Nice but heavy. The 2015 was the first aluminum one and I did have some trouble with the brake controller failing and catching fire. The 2017 was great but in its last year it developed a dripping leak when raining in the sunroof that thankfully I was able to fix. It was the best up until this one. The recalls-windshield motor and flickering taillights (LED flash). My motor was fine and the taillights were reprogrammed. I would say that is minor compared to my friend's Red Silverado who in 2015 got a notice that they were catching fire on rear defroster wiring! I haven't had any issues and I am just amazed at the technology. It drove me 200 miles to Tallahassee. I cannot wait for the BlueCruise update supposedly this year. I get about 3mpg better than my 2017 10spd, Ecoboost in town and about 1mpg better on the highway. It varies but that is about the average. Ecoboosts can be thirsty if you want power. They like to cruise so I have learned to get to speed, not crawl up and keep a light foot. I own a truck because I need one to tow my camper and I need one to serve dual purpose as a daily driver too. I find that the Ford F150 fits that bill. I have shopped all the choices on full size pickups. The only other truck, to me, that met my needs with positive factors was the GMC Denali diesel half ton. I was not impressed with the overall package of the Tundra, RAM or Titan. They did not check all the boxes for me. I look for comfort, MPG, engine/power/torque RPM power curve for towing, tow features, style, etc. The hybrid eco and the diesel blow the others away for low RPMs while towing which is torque and that makes for a more enjoyable tow. Less noise , stress, etc. My two finalists also got the best MPG. I leaned toward the hybrid more too because of the current stance on diesels and the DEF and the cost of the fuel compared to regular gas. As a long time sports sedan owner turned trucker, I would tell you to shop. Read and research but some facts, well, aren't facts. I remember my legacy of sports sedans and buying recommended models- LOL. The Lexus- bad radios- all of them on the lot, cyclops brake light bulb not replaceable when blown, BMW 328is coupe- bad electrical battery blew up 2yrs., Infiniti G38 jerking and slamming 8spd. auto transmission on Interstates on quick braking- these were all top rated/reviewed cars and not cheap. I had more trouble with those three than any other vehicles I ever have owned. If you are looking for a truck, a vehicle meant for hauling and towing, then I highly recommend an F150. There is a reason they have such high sales in spite of what some reviews say.
