Great truck, I have no issues with this truck. Occasionally the Snyc screen freezes up. Acceleration is excellent. Highway MPG is 23 Local is around 12 mpg. Mixed City Highway is 15 mpg

I was searching for a specific vehicle and I found a few on cars.com. 2020 F-150 Super Cab 2.7L Ecoboost, 10 speed transmission. At first I was concerned since I've never had a truck with a small V6. I was looking for good HP and good MPG. I liked the sporty trim STX look. Great acceleration and great MPG. Much better than my previous 2006 F-150 5.4L, which was a great truck, but it was time for a change. I do recommend this vehicle if you want MPG, power, and great towing capacity.

My 5L, 2018 F150 keeps having problems with coils. Since there is one per cylinder and the cost of replacing one is quite high. This has become a problem. I love my truck, but this gives me cause to consider GMC next time.

Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Bought a 2015 Lexus and have been very happy with it. Dan was great to work with and I have sent both friends and family to him to purchase their cars.

This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

Dorsch Kia was the most consistent when i needed a response. I did not do business because another dealer had free oil changes. I would like to add that if that sales pitch wasn’t there I would have given Dorsch my business.

I have 2 F150s. A 2013 with 286,000 miles and a 2017 with 152,000 miles. They both run perfect and they are very impressive vehicles. I owned a 1500 Z71 prior and that was basically junk.

The used car Dept. or building is very small. I felt like I was walking someone's space going in there. Worked OK just very small.

Had the truck a few months and have had more compliments than any vehicle I’ve ever driven. Just a sharp vehicle inside and out. Love the 2.7 engine and the leather interior and all the space both front and back.

Paid off, Now the Heater doesn’t work, Left wiper arm fell off in the rain. Shifter knocks/Clunks, Otherwise reliable truck. Need heating to work please.

Trevor was awesome to work with. Got the deal I wanted on a used car. He took the time to show me things about the car even after we signed on the dotted line. Was disappointed tho when I got home and started transfering my stuff from my other car. The spare tire was low on air. I had to vacuum below and between the seats. Had to wipe out to storage compartments, looked like stuff was spilled in them. Also the front of the car was full of old bug spatterings. Spent 1 1/2 hours just cleaning that. I should have looked the car over better too. But I do love the car and I will buy from them again.

This truck is bulletproof. Good ride, good handling more than adequate power, on the noisy side. A great vehicle for work or general driving. Thumbs up

Was unsure about buying a Ford having never owned one before. Went onto the lot to have look and thought I would never be able to afford a new Truck. Walked in the showroom and was made to feel right at home. No pressure from the sales team and they went out of the way to find me a deal I could handle from a new truck that I liked to a payment I could afford. First off, when someone says the truck drives and rides horrible, did they not know we are entitled to test drive the truck first before purchasing. I love my 2023 Ford F150 XLT crew/camper package 6.5' box so far. Put about 5000 miles on it. Purchased used with low mileage. It has all the bells and whistles except for leather seats. Rides great, quiet, and more technology than I'll probably ever use. Endless supply of power with the 3.5 engine and all around mileage about 18-20 and 22-23 on the highway. I liked my 2012 Lariat but mileage was 14.5 all around. I test drove a Dodge and Chevy, but I like the feel of the Ford truck with Dodge a very close second. Chevy feels like the frame is weak and flexes over bumps.

Had my car serviced there a few times and was so impressed with the dealership, I decided to buy a new one there. The service department is outstanding and the people are so genuine and friendly.

I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

Dorsch (Ron & Dallas) were a pleasure to deal with when it came to purchasing my vehicle. I never purchased a used car from an out of state dealer that was so far from me. The process can be scary but they provided me with various pictures, videos, and all the information to formulate my decision. I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. So thank you for our local Ford dealership and a wonderful salesman Chris who went beyond expectations

We have speen shopping around for a particular nice used truck and Horn Ford had one. We visited them on a Saturday and were treated very friendly - no high pressure. After a test drive we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. By Wednesday of the week we decided to make the purchase and the next Saturday we picked it up. Again, a very easy visit with the truck prepped and paperwork ready. After driving the truck home (3 hrs) and on the next day, we found a new issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the issue and even though they were not obligated, they really stepped up and helped to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

So far, so good! A couple of little minor details on the vehicle, but they were willing to rectify them.

STX 4X4 crew cab 2.7 eco. Bought new in Sept 2018. Overall, this truck has been very reliable, albeit a few issues. I’ll list them.. 1st thing was the transmission would slam from 3rd to 4th or 5th gear. Was fixed under warranty with a software re-flash. Then the rear brakes at 30K miles. I ended up doing a brake upgrade all around. It was a huge improvement in performance.. hope they last longer. Then the wiper switch followed by the ACIM for the sync system. That’s it in 6 years. All Maintenance has been kept up with and I've had zero engine issues. I’m at 66000 miles. Comfort on long trips is great and the truck continues to track straight with ease. I replaced the worn tires at 62000 miles with larger Nitto Ridge grapplers which have definitely decreased mpg and acceleration performance but look and perform amazingly in snow. I wouldn’t hesitate on buying another.

I bought a used 2013 F150 from Horn a few years ago. I recently had it in for a leaky rear window, which I thought was a result of some work they had done the year before. It turns out it was from a dent in the truck roof I didn't even know was there. The service guys got me in quickly and got the job done quickly and the best part was that I was not charged for the work! Mack and the rest of the service guys are great, down-to-earth people that I like working with whenever I go in. I will continue to do business with Horn because of this experience and all the others.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

This truck is one of the best. I had a GMC before this and there is no comparison. I love this truck and will keep for long time.

I see the inside of the building when I buy my vehicles and then pretty much don't again until I am looking for a new one because they come to my house and pick up my vehicle every time I need it serviced and drop it back off. I have a 2019 F-150 XLT and it drives excellent even with a 3.5 V6. The towing is great. I would recommend this truck to anyone.

A good truck but I think was built on a Friday. Ive had trucks of other makes including Ford which I have preferred for last 10 years. This truck has spent its fair share of time at the dealer for minor things dash rattle, rear diff leak, 2x rear main engine seal leak, transfer case leak etc, rough 3rd-5th shifts when freezing and cold for first few blocks. All of which Ford has fixed on warranty. I had a 2018 f-150 with same powertrain that never had an issue sooo like I said I think was built on a Friday. Looks good inside and out. The cold start turbo waste-gate rattle is annoying. Gets better than advertised gas mileage tho. 4x4, towing and winter driving are great. Wish Ford would offer a model like the Silverado RST just leather premium audio and a corvette engine in a truck that can tow over 10k. Tired of up selling for features I want with garbage safety or tech features like drive assist etc. Augmented v8 notes r annoying and I miss limited slip. Would I buy another? Yes. Will I? Depends on if Fords reputation, reviews and reliability as usual.
