My previous vehicle was totaled, I saw the car on their used lot. Low miles and clean CarFax. Price was fair. I gave my insurance settlement and financed a bit. From the time I committed to picking it up, they did a major service including tires and brakes with rotors. All up, most was done via text message as I was traveling and out of the area. On pickup day, 45 minutes is all it took to be on the road.

I don?t usually write reviews, but I had to make an exception because my car buying experience was that good. From the moment reached out, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. There was zero pressure, full transparency, and a level of customer care that honestly blew me away. They took the time to answer all my questions, worked with my budget, and never made me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The process was quick and efficient?no long waits, no hidden fees, no runaround. Just straight-up honesty and exceptional service. I drove off in my new 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport feeling excited, confident, and totally taken care of. Good overall experience. As always, the dealership tried to slip in extra fees. This does not make this dealership any worse than others, but I won't give 5 stars when this happens. In our case, the sticker price was not what we saw when we sat down to negotiate. There was a $1,300 charge added for a security feature the dealership had installed. I had that removed: sticker price on a used car should be everything that the car is. I did not choose a $1300 option. The dealership worked with us and was friendly, except for the finance guy. It was late at night and he got a little snippy.

Happy with my purchasing experience with Gavin. He was thorough and straightforward. I will go to him for my next vehicle.

Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.
