He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. I recently purchased a certified pre-owned car from Briarwood. The overall experience was great. Emily was super easy to work with and they went a bit out of their way to make sure I was able to get there after work, go through the process and be on my way in no time. Hit a very large deer with my new explorer. Only had 17k on it so far. The damage was seriously bad and I kind of expected they might have to just total my explorer but the adjuster estimated it at about 12k worth of damages and two weeks later it was completed. I did not have time to clean the vehicle as it had to be towed after the accident. Two air bags had gone off and the right front of the vehicle was pretty much destroyed. So they not only made it unnoticeable but also did a pretty good detail job on the front interior of the vehicle which I was not expecting them to do. If I have any issues I will update but as of now the car is just as it was before the deer committed suicide by car. I will be taking any future work to bob maxey. Very good job done by all involved. Lesson learned… slow down on dirt roads.
