Not quite like my previous visits to Avis Ford. Main issue is that the whole process took way longer than past visits. Some of it was beyond the control of Avis Ford, some was just unforeseen until that moment. But it was a real test of my patience. My dealer as usual was great, the process not so much.

Gordy Johnson is the absolute best salesman there is. I’ve been coming to this dealership and dealing with this salesman since 2013!

Everyone was very helpful in the process of buying out the lease. Took care of financing and the process was very easy. Didn?t try to over sell us on extra items. Explained what we could do and left the decision up to us. No pressure.

Tim Shea was awesome went over and beyond to help me get what I wanted and got me the best deal for down payment and monthly payment is in my budget definitely will use Tim again for all my car sales

Martin was very helpful and patient. Love my new Bronco. He kept in touch with us while we were waiting for our car to come back in.

He did locate the vehicle for me based on a previous inquiry. He never forgot me and when this car was available, he sent me a text message and I was able to test drive it that same day. He was excellent at communicating with me at real time speed. I felt like a very respected client and although he assisted me with a used vehicle purchase, he had so much patience and courtesy the entire step of the way. The man that runs the body shop which I’ve talked with a few times is exceptional to any body shop manager. They always hire the best. I don’t know why this rating is what it is.
