Our salesman, Beshoy Gendy , did a really good job of showing me the car I was interested in, a 2016 Shelby GT 350 Mustang. Really no pressure before and after me and my son Tyler tested it on the road. The car really sold itself but Beshoy made us feel relaxed and was very accommodating and chill to my needs. He was also very helpful, and we even brought back the truck when we had our trailer hooked up and he set up the trailer assist for us. Our was stolen then totalled while working in Seattle. Found Cars dot com and found a perfect new-to-us F-350 for our replacement! Even with the Christmas/New Years holidays we were able to test drive, get insurance monies and purchase the truck in two days.

The sales associates named Paul did an excellent job during the whole purchasing process. I would buy another vehicle from him based on my experience. Paul was professional, knowledgeable, communicated well, presented himself and the company very well. The credit manager did a good job as well. Unfortunately, I just had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Joy Lott, service advisor. She was rude and impatient in her communications. She would talk over me when I was trying to explain that I was calling to reschedule the appointment she made for me without my input. I do not want to deal with Joy again. Left me with a bad experience. Ownership should send her to a customer service and communication training. She forgot that her job is to create a customer experience that would keep them coming back for more business. Ownership should discuss this with her. I would recommend the sales department but not the service department based on my unpleasant experience.

First time experience at Bickford was great! Jeff Wing did a great job with sales. Michael Holden did an outstanding job giving an orientation of the vehicle and how everything works.

In Spring 2021 we bought a used 2015 F150 Lariat from Mike Mauer. The service was great. Mike was very proactive, provided detailed relevant information, and worked to get great financing for us. I purchased the oil change package for my new car back in 2019. It's great that I get notified when I need a service, next I make the appointment, I am contacted by the valet, the service valet comes and picks up my vehicle, they perform the required work, and then return my car to my home. On the seat is my service sheet of the work and coupons to get my car washed. I am also contacted about any other necessary maintenance needs. Having the convenience of staying home and not sitting in a waiting room is really awesome. My advisor Jes has been very helpful answering any concerns or questions I had about the future needs. Also, the driver Ali who arrived to pick up my vehicle has a great upbeat demeanor about her. I'm very pleased with the entire process. Thanks.

One of the most pleasent car-buying experiences I've had in my 50yrs behind the wheel! Started my day at Pierre Ford in Lynnwood to experience the classic bait-n-switch. We walked! Went straight to Bickford Ford in Snohomish and worked with Branden DuPen. This young gentleman was clean cut, honest, polite & one of the most upright human beings I have met. Branden looked you straight in the eye the entire time he talked, told me what's possible, wha't advisable, and what's not, and was clearly not trying to sell me anything I didn't need or want. He asked questions, let me do most of the talking, and then helped me figure out what I needed. Zero pressure & stress free - the totally opposite of Pierre Ford in Lynnwood.

It was Fast and easy process. The service advisor Alper was very helpful. The facility was very clean. They provided easy transportation home and back to dealer.

Just bought a new Tucson hybrid here. Folks at Kirkland Hyundai were great to work with. Good selection on the lot. Sales person Zishan was really straitforward and polite to work with. He was not at all pushy (like at some places) and didnt play any games. Was willing to work on price and the overall experience was good. Would definitly reccomend.
