He did not use any high pressure tactics and took time to answer all of questions. He was available after the sale to answer additional questions. He always answers our questions in a polite and professional manner. He makes us feel like a valued customer.

Not good about returning calls or letting me know if they had time to look at my car. We had to drive over & ask how things were going after hearing nothing for 2 days. Parts had to be ordered because my car is older. The cost was a bit more than I expected, but everything these days is expensive. The office staff was very efficient & friendly. Overall, we would get our repairs there again.
